The main job of car sales consultant is showing cars to the customers who visit the dealership and negotiating the sale, would be responsible for enquiry generation, & converting the enquiries to bookings and retail. A sales consultant often has to meet with clients, both in and out of the office; usually they will be assigned a certain territory in which they will travel. They need a good understanding of the various maruti suzuki car models, as well as options for financing and warranties. A Sales Consultant would also additionally be responsible in selling the following Value Added Services as well: Maruti Genuine Accessories Maruti Insurance Extended Warranty Maruti Finance True Value Exchange Maruti N2N Leasing Maruti Auto Card They also need persuasive selling skills and a head for negotiating car prices and trade-ins with customers. Once a car is sold, they would walk the customer through the paperwork and coordinate repairs and servicing through other departments in the dealership.
